Dental bridges are prosthetic devices that are used to replace missing teeth who have healthy surrounding teeth. The dental bridge is steadily anchored on two dental crowns or implants – one on each side. A dental bridge is normally made out of metal and/or porcelain, or zirconium.
Dental crowns are used to fit and cover a tooth and are usually used to restore teeth that have been damaged. Additionally, dental crowns can be used for aesthetic reasons to improve the appearance of teeth. They can be made of metal and/or porcelain, or zirconium.
Dental inlays are a conservative way used to restore and/or repair damaged teeth. They are normally used on teeth that can no longer be restored with a filling due to extensive damage. They are similar to dental fillings but they are made out of a more durable and harder material and are used on larger areas.
They are removable parts that are used to replace missing teeth and their surrounding tissue. There are two types of dentures: complete and partial. Complete dentures are for when the patient’s teeth are all missing. Partial dentures are used on patients that have missing teeth but still have some natural teeth remaining.
